PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how Cinevia ("Cinevia," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Cinevia: AI Film Maker mobile application for Android (package name com.tudien.vnuk) and its related services (together, the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information collected when you open the App

The App does not require you to register with an email address or password. When you first open the App, we automatically create an account linked to your device and collect:

• Device identifier – an identifier generated for your installation or device, used to sign you in and keep your credits, purchases, and history.
• Country and time zone – used to show relevant content and prices, schedule features such as daily check-in, and understand where our users are.
• Platform information – such as operating system and app version.
• Push notification token – a Firebase Cloud Messaging token that lets us send you notifications, if you allow them.

b. Content you provide

• Photos and images you upload to create videos (for example, with Image to Video or video themes).
• Text prompts you enter to describe the video you want.
• Generated videos and thumbnails created from your requests, and your generation history.
• Username, if you choose to set one.
• Referral codes you share or enter.

The App only accesses the photos you choose to select. We do not access the rest of your photo library.

c. Purchase information

Subscriptions and credit packs are sold through Google Play. We receive transaction details such as product ID, order/transaction ID, purchase token, purchase and expiry dates, and price, so we can grant and restore your credits and subscription. We never receive or store your payment card details; payments are handled entirely by Google.

d. Usage and technical information

• App activity, such as videos generated, shared, or downloaded, credits used, daily check-ins, and when you last opened the App.
• Server logs, which may include your IP address, request times, and error information, used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and maintain your account, credits, and generation history.
• Process your photos and prompts to generate the videos you request.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and restore purchases.
• Send notifications about your video status, rewards, and offers (you can turn these off at any time).
• Run features such as daily check-in rewards, referrals, and sharing links.
• Measure the performance of our marketing and app installs.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and content that violates our Terms of Use.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the App, and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing and Content Moderation

To generate a video, the photos and prompts you submit are sent to our servers and to third-party AI service providers that process them on our behalf, solely to produce the result you requested. Uploaded content may also be automatically checked by a moderation system to detect prohibited content (such as sexual or explicit material). Requests that violate our rules may be rejected and accounts involved in abuse may be restricted.

We do not use your photos to identify you, we do not create facial recognition templates, and we do not sell your content.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with the following types of service providers, and only as needed to operate the App:

We may also disclose information: (a) when required by law, court order, or a valid request by public authorities; (b) to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or Cinevia; or (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

If you use the share feature, the video you choose to share becomes accessible to anyone who has the link.

5. Data Retention

• Uploaded photos are automatically deleted from our servers within approximately 15 days after upload.
• Generated videos and history are kept so you can view and download them, until you delete them in the App or request account deletion.
• Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
• Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

6. Deleting Your Data and Account

• You can delete individual videos at any time from your history inside the App.
• To delete your account and associated data, email us at [YOUR_EMAIL] with the subject "Delete my account" and include your user ID or referral code shown in the App. We will process your request within 30 days.

Uninstalling the App does not delete your data from our servers, and deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Please cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• Notifications: turn off push notifications in your device settings.
• Advertising ID: reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• Photos: you control which photos you upload, and can revoke photo permissions in Android settings.

Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under the GDPR, California under the CCPA/CPRA, or Vietnam under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at [YOUR_EMAIL]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled servers, and authentication tokens. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located in countries other than your own. When we transfer your information internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [YOUR_EMAIL] and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, where the changes are significant, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
